Etape Bornholm will refund 500 kr. For adults, 300 kr. For youth or 200 kr. For children

Starting numbers, chip, t-shirt (while supplies last) and programs collected:

• Saturday and Sunday before the race in the sports hall Ronne North, Torneværksvej 1, Ronne in the period 10-18: 45 or

• on the first race day in Hasle pm. 14-17 (limited).

There is one start number for all days.

The number that has color label for start box must not be folded and must be worn visibly on the chest.

Etape Bornholm grows and grows. Therefore, we have been forced to introduce limited number of students at 2,800 runners - it has to still be easy and a pleasure to come around on the routes.

There is room for 1800 5-day stage, 400 children and 100 youth ranks.

We will not create a waiting list.

Etape Bornholm organizes a running exhibition Saturday and Sunday before the race.

It happens in sports hall Ronne North, Torneværksvej 1, Ronne in the period from 10.00 to 18.45.

Traffic wardens shows the way to the nearest parking. Expect about 15 minutes walk between the parking and starting place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Club and company teams

By participating in club teams or corporate competition paid ordinary entry fee.

Etape Bornholm emits electronic program newspaper with maps and elevation profiles, information on rules, parking, tøjdepoter, photo, celebration, child care, etc.

 

Expect first this newspaper comes 14 days before the start. Give therefore address upon registration. Program The newspaper also available on our website.

All who are enrolled in free Etape Bornholm t-shirt.


We can not guarantee that you get a t-shirt in the size you order, but we order significantly more than there are participants.


Early removal is recommended (the fair in Ronne Hall before the race).

At very late after registration, we can not guarantee t-shirt.

LIABILITY AND RISK • Participation, travel etc are at your own risk. Danish legislation applies. I/K Viking Rønne Atletik, its committee, sub-committee members, leaders, helpers and sponsors shall not be liable for any claims arising from participation in Etape Bornholm irrespective of origin.

BABY JOGGERS The routes can be very narrow and the terrain is not suitable for baby joggers. Therefore, baby joggers are not allowed. We refer to our childminding..

LUGGAGE STORAGE At each stage you can luggage storage (your bag) and valuables near the starting line. And collect it at the finish area. (stage 4 though, at the starting area) Staffed and under surveillance. However, storage is always under your own responsibility. The storage is open between 17:00 and 19:15.

CHILDMINDING • Childminding facilities will be provided for infants at each stage of the race from 5.00 to 7.45 p.m. The facilities are signposted in the finishing area except on Thursday, when they are at the start.

BIB NUMBER You use the same start bib/chip for all five races. Your bib has a colour code indicating your starting pen. Don’t bend your bib, and wear it on your front. Make sure it is visible.

INDIVIDUAL STAGES • You can also take part in one or more stages if you wish (stage 1, 3 and 5). The entry fee per stage is DKK 175 for adults, DKK 125 for children. Entries at "Rønne Idrætshal Nord", Torneværksvej 1, 3700 Rønne, during the weekend up to the race between 10.00-18.00 or at the information caravan in Runners Camp) between 15.00-17.30

DOGS: Dogs are not allowed on the routes.

Younger children (under 8 years) may well be accompanied on the route (but they may well itself).


Escorts shall not stand up in the starting stall, but can support 50 meters out on the route.

Similarly, the attendant did not run into the net with his child, but must leave the route before run-up to the goal. Here is a gate guard that tells you when to drop your child.

The attendant should not pace the child and not run in the way of other children.


Etape Bornholm has a 'last run' with on the route, which ensures that accompany the child who is at the back of the box.

 
In goal area there is only one output. Here you can receive your child. We have adults in taping without jumping that can help children on to the sluice output.

 
Can your just do not run alone in taping without jumping, so you can easily wait, running with the Etape Bornholm next year. We run every year in week 30th

Traffic laws must be observed. Orders and referrals from the Police Home and Stage Bornholm officials. Violations may result in disqualification.

RESULTS • Daily – Results will be displayed in the start area near the information caravan every evening. Any protests relating to times or placings must be submitted to the organizer’s caravan by 5 p.m. the following day, except on Friday, when any protests must be submitted immediately after the race. RESULTS • Newspaper Shortly after the week is over we will send you a Etape Bornholm newspaper containing the results and of photographs of the event.

RUNNERS CAMP • Before and after the races there will be plenty of opportunities to meet other runners and shop at the Expo.

There are clear color marking of the starting boxes. The adults start numbers has a color selection that corresponds to the time that was given .For registration.

 

Star boxes sent off with approximately 45 seconds. gap. All must be in place in their start box at least four minutes before the start, the last information and orders given.

 

Children Start: There will be two starts with about 30 seconds. The 12-14 year olds to start in the first starting group. The rear group starts the up to 11 years.

 

You have to place themselves in proper startup group. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.

5 day stage is started every day at. 18:00. However, at first. 18:15 Friday due to settlement of ferry traffic.

 

Children up to 14 years starting immediately after the (Stage 1 pm. 18:07, 2nd stage pm. 18:11, Stage 3 pm. 18:24.)

 

Youth class, 15-17 years start at Step 1 pm. 18:00 2nd stage pm. 18:10 and 3rd stage pm. 18:15.

All times are recorded with Champion Chip. It ensures the smooth running of the starts.

 

The chip is mounted on the back of your bib number.

 

The winner is the runner who comes first over the line (bruttotid).

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Etape Bornholm inserted shuttle buses in conjunction with the course: A southern and a northern route. Both routes run shuttle (opposite direction) approximately pm. 19:45.

Etape Bornholm invite to big closing event Friday night at Ronne Stadium.

 

All participants in the stage race gets their start envelope a ticket (go of the starting number) to pasta salad from Coop.

 

Drinks can be purchased at the stadium. Viking Football kicks life into grill'ens miracles at reasonable prices.

 

It becomes possible for relatives to buy salad which participants will have. But this must be booked and paid by Wednesday - Price 30 kr.

 

From outdoor stage handed out prizes for the best.

 

Take a blanket, so you can sit on the lawn and enjoy the evening. Music by the award ceremony. Free access for all.

All who complete all stages receive a diploma either by mail or electronically via Ultimate Sport Service (choice when registering) with Stage Bornholm profit newspaper.

The diploma can be downloaded electronically via the Ultimate Sport Service's result list.

Any protests must be submitted Etape Bornholm jury.
